When the code is scanned with the mobile application, it directs to the page of the relevant elevator, and when scanned with the phone camera, it directs to the public portal.Cruise records can be viewed via the portal; Fault and request/demand records can be created with the SMS confirmation code. Access to current transactions, current statements, receipts, vouchers and invoices is provided with the username and password defined for administrators.
